The blade isn't a patch on my three0 year previous Moulinex chopper which continues to be razor sharp after three decades of abuse. Don't be carried away by means of the on board storage. Easy to operate,excellent chopping, grating, mixing, whipping,whisking, quiet, steady, very excellent end results and straightforward to scrub. I have but to make use of the kneeding attachment and liquidiser. However contemporary bread and soup are on the menu day after nowadays. Love it!!. My best dissappointment is that the recipe guide does not incorporate sufficient recipies and I even have just discovered that it is £10 more price-effective lately.
