Despite bad feedback by way of other reviewers, I in finding it to be of excellent high quality and easy to use. It has bought a medium capacity bowl and is just not supposed to interchange your full measurement meals processor. It is correct that the spout is simply too small to insert bigger items, e.g. cabbage, but it surely works lovely well with tasks this sort ofs chopping onions, slicing carrots or grating cheese and chocolate. All in all, I'm very happy.
